“Love this place !! Very clean rooms that are huge and a full Kitchen, loved the bathroom with my own vanity. The courtyard feels safe and is so pretty !! Definitely will be back.”

“The property show 1 Bedroom Suites with 2 queen bed and sleeper sofa but when I checked in they give me suites wirhout sleeper then when I ask about the room I was told the property does not have those type of rooms with sofa sleeper. I told her that they was falsified rooms on thier website. When I call customer service they tried to say because I booked the third party”

“斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。 早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。”

“nice place to stay. near several attractions. breakfast was good, but wish they would have had tea bags (they had hot water dispenser next to coffee?). staff was excellent, very helpful and professional. liked the Dove products in bathrooms. Could walk to Beale street, Sun Studio, and baseball park. It is on a busy intersection, so there is some traffic noise, but not a big deal. Very comfortable bed, would stay again!”

“I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite.”

“We liked everything except when we checked in. The lady who checked us in spent more time texting and talking on her personal phone than checking us in. Other than taking forever at the reception desk she was great. ”

“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”
