“Fabulous set of rooms, plenty of parking, very quiet, eady to find”

“Well situated in town, Very welcoming indeed - Carol and her staff couldn't do enough (nothing was a problem). Room spotlessly clean and airy and cleaned every day. We were only B&B and selection for breakfasts was really good (something to suit everyone). Couldn't fault anything really and would definitely go back.”

“We enjoyed a lovely quiet couple's getaway while we went to the Ed Sheeran concert in Ipswich. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The town centre is in walking distance and has some really nice and reasonably priced cafes. There is a short walk to a pebble beach and beautiful gardens. ”

“Nice room very clean staff pleasant but bar area in need of a bit of love snd attention. Breakfast very good but placement of things s bit odd. Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !? Also tea making area very congested and when busy you have to wait a very long time to access the hot water/ coffee machine. ”
