“Colin welcomed with a great smile and gave a quick tour of the place. He also gave an overview of Dumfries' history which was amazing. The place felt like home and was very clean and worth the money spent. Morning breakfast was delicious. I would definitely book a stay here again if I come to Dumfries. ”
“water leaking all over the place had to slam the door two or three times to close would not let a dog stay in there. cheaked out within the hour found another hotel.fire exit was jamed shut sould not be open.”
“Beautiful hotel. Well furnished rooms, extremely comfortable bed. Staff very attentive and friendly. Restaurant has a great A La Carte menu, food delicious and well presented. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.”

All the staff were very friendly and professional, especially Glen who runs the hotel excellently!
