“Very spacious hotel suite, however the bed was quite small and hard. It was very negative that they did not exchange our towels every day and just hang the dirty ones up after being placed in the basket for old towels. ”

“The location is very central and walkable to most attractions. The bed is very small even for average sized couple. The thermostat is set to cool and can't be changed so it gets chilly during the night.”

“酒店位於酒吧街巷內，服務台登記完就直接在開放式的餐廳入電梯，房間尚算乾淨。 但是此酒店沒有茶水(沒有茶包、咖啡包)供應，也沒有熱水壺，這是不合理的。 這是基本的設備，更何況它標明是四星級酒店，名不符實！”

“Location was perfectly situated in Madrid. Walking distance to the palace, Plaza Mayor, etc. Plenty of tourist restaurant nearby. Christian was great to work with, gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to work the washer/dryer and other stuff. The suite was clean. Christian was great in giving us recommendation on where to eat and what to avoid. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Madrid.”

“Shower water was'nt hot”

“Hotel staff are really good & polite here. Most of them wearing smiling face when they providing excellent services to their clients. A very strong man carried all our heavy suitcases to our apartment efficiently. A beautiful lady answered all our enquiries politely and a gentlemen even said goodbye to us before we got into the airport taxi that the hotel called for us. U can see how warm they are !! But on the other hand, the apartment 3F is too old, look a bit horrible. Much better is the……
