“My stay at Extended Stay America, falsely listed as a three-star hotel on Expedia, was a complete disaster. I’m appalled Expedia recommended this one-star mess. For both days of our stay, we had no room keys. We had to call the front desk every time, but with only one overworked staff member, we were stuck waiting outside our room—sometimes for ages.
