“My wife and I had a truly amazing experience at the Ojai Rancho Inn. Upon driving in you see a rustic but charming motel. Once you walk in your room you are greeted by a well curated, well equipped room (comfy bed, A/C, hot tub etc). Exploring the inn further you will find a really cool little bar called the Chiefs Peak next to the swimming pool. All the staff were super friendly and lovely. “No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . ”
