“No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . ”

They told us they have laundry machines on property but when we arrived we found out that wasn’t true. Also the large outdoor dining space is shared. We wish we knew that before. We definitely stay here again though! ”

The studio is clean, nicely decorated, private, quiet, the manager was always available, super nice and helpful although we never actually met her. A bit of a drive to grocery store and restaurants, etc but would consider the unit again. “We stayed here two nights while attending a charity event in summerland. The house is very clean and well cared for. The house is exactly what you see in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with anything you may need. We had a dog with us, so we spent a lot of time outdoors in the backyard. It is really relaxing with beautiful mature trees. If you want to spend time in Summerland or Montecito this house is the perfect location. It is right in the middle……
