“No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . ”

“Was here over 30 years ago and don't remember it being this beautiful! Grounds are immaculate and constantly being groomed. Peace and absolute quiet. Understated elegance, (rustic), quiet, absolutely professional staff all around---from the front gatehouse to the car valet. Friendly staff always wanting to make sure you enjoy the day and the sunset---without being intrusive. Food is outstanding ---quality beyond 5 stars. Went to two other restaurants because of recommendations; would have been……
