“We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. Seems like an unnecessary nuisance, especially since some of us had early flights, so had to get up extra early to do the housework.We had 7 adults in our group and there was room for all of us, and……

“The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was perfect for our short, 2 night stay in SB. Next time we come we plan to actually enjoy the home a bit more. Beds were comfy, filtered water throughout home along with easy to operate air/heating controls. Updated kitchen appliances, huge round dining table and a fully stocked kitchen and games to play. The homes offer 3 porches and its very own parking lot behind the house . We will rebook again!! Oh, the Host also sent us the history of home that dates back……
