“The view was the star of the show for this house! We sat transfixed for most of our stay at the wide expanse of ocean, passing dolphins and beautiful sunsets. The home itself is a bit dated but it’s clean and the beds are comfy. Be aware the driveway is not concrete as shown in the photos. It was very muddy and under construction and our vehicles got extremely dirty from driving/parking there. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful serene bright tropical stay. The home was very comfortable and offered everything needed for relaxing, cooking, entertaining family that live nearby. Outdoor back yard was ideal for yoga and eating and relaxing in the chaise. Thank you so very much! And the property managers were great with communication!”

“We came to Santa Barbara to celebrate my sister’s 70th birthday. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and the living space was large and airy. We were even surprised to see a large ping-pong table folded up against the wall that we ended up using! That was a blast! The house was close to the beach and restaurants. We even rented a surrey and rode along the beach. I would highly recommend this rental and the communication with Lance was excellent! We even got to check in early! ”
