“I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful serene bright tropical stay. The home was very comfortable and offered everything needed for relaxing, cooking, entertaining family that live nearby. Outdoor back yard was ideal for yoga and eating and relaxing in the chaise. Thank you so very much! And the property managers were great with communication!”

“We came to Santa Barbara to celebrate my sister’s 70th birthday. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and the living space was large and airy. We were even surprised to see a large ping-pong table folded up against the wall that we ended up using! That was a blast! The house was close to the beach and restaurants. We even rented a surrey and rode along the beach. I would highly recommend this rental and the communication with Lance was excellent! We even got to check in early! ”

“Excellent location for us, and good value, but if a bit more was spent on maintenance and amenities it would be even better. First, there was no pre-emptive email explaining the access code to get in. I was standing outside the door for 10 minutes at 10 pm with a car full of tired family members while I reached out to the property manager to send the code. I had assumed that it would be sent that day, but I was busy with work then driving 6 hours to get there. Property Manager claimed the code……
