“Between Expedia and the hotel, there was a difference in when the shuttle arrives. It was confirmed twice with Aloft that the shuttle does start at 4A, not 430A which is what Expedia has. There was no information leaflet in the hotel room to indicate how check out works, the airport shuttle times and location, and where ice is located. Also I’m not sure what the deal is with the shower design, but the water takes way too long to cool. If you pre-pay, you are still charged $100 for a damage……
