“With the exception of one member of the night crew, who was neither friendly nor respectful, the rest of the staff, housekeeping, and everyone in general treated us with kindness and respect and resolved any problems that may arise, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. “Our go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor. Not a huge ask here. This as opposed to working one end to the……

From the person that car us to and from the beach club, to the dining staff and the individuals who answered the phones. Period. Everything was simply fantastic!
