“TV wasn't working in our room”

“I recently stayed at this charming motel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Located in a quiet area, the motel offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooms were spotlessly clean, which made me feel right at home. While the rooms and appliances are on the older side, everything was in perfect working order, demonstrating the care and attention given to maintenance. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.……

“The room was neat and clean. The bed was soft and snuggly. However the shower and bathtub didnt work. I couldn't change the temperature of the shower or bath and there was no plug to keep the water in the tub for a bath. ”

“I stayed here briefly while working in the area, and would definitely stay there again if I'm back that way. The hotel is a little old, but my room was very clean and comfortable. It looked like it had been freshly painted and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. The wifi was reliable. There was a "New Owner" sign out front, so I think the older, poor reviews must be from before the ownership change. Ajay at the front desk told me that all of the ground-floor rooms were recently updated,……

“We had an incredible time at this charming and thoughful vrbo experience and the hosts were truly hospitable! They even went above and beyond for our daughter's 2 year old birthday! The location is perfect; we were able to walk to downtown for breakfast, lunch, shopping and bible studys at coffee shops. I also felt like we were on the center of everything so we didnt have to drive too far to explore everthing Conway has to offer. The house itself gives a modern, updated vibe with many relaxing……

“Overall, the house was spacious and could work well if you have a lot of guests. However, we experienced several issues that impacted our stay. We arrived at 4:00 PM to find the cleaning crew still there, and we weren’t able to enter until 4:45 PM. The Wi-Fi provided did not work, and despite contacting the owner, we did not receive a response until the following day. The water pressure was almost non-existent, and the water in the king-size bedroom was only lukewarm. There was a awful sulphur……
