Getting pre-authorised for keyless entry was a bit tedious, but I did most of it well before our trip, so not awful. Had to pay for parking, but it was close to the building.”

“Rooms were very clean and spacious. This was such a great location for us. We were going to a concert at the palace theatre. We had 3 kids with and it was with in walking distance of the theatre as well as the children’s museum and the science museum. Restaurants are mostly up scale in this area so finding something for lunch with kids was a little tough. Most places were expensive. Cosettas was our FAVORITE place to visit and also within walking distance. ”

“The staff was very kind and caring! We had called the night before with an emergency that changed our plans initially. One of the staff working the night we checked in remembered us as he took our phone call and genuinely asked how we were doing. Not many people/places remember individual incidents because they deal with so many people. All of the staff were kind and helpful during our stay. That little bit of extra kindness goes along way and we will definitely stay here again!”
