“My colleague from the UK and I chose this condo for a work trip - short walk from the Moscone Center and away from the crowds. This place was perfect - clean, comfortable, and an amazing view. Lots of conveniences just steps away like Starbucks, groceries, multiple restaurants. Close to the waterfront, close to the business district, but quiet. Will definitely stay again. The hosts were great - easy to communicate with, accomodating. ”

“Apartment was just as described. Excellent and timely checklindetails. We never used the kitchen but it was clean and looked well-equipped. The gas fire place was wonderful ”

They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at……

“Came here for a one night getaway with my partner, but she got sick the day before so I ended up just going solo. It was a nice quiet place to relax, and the location is great. Even in the foggy December weather it was really nice to take a morning walk, grab a coffee, and watch the massive waves.My only critique is that I found the bed really uncomfortable, but I might just be picky because I think this about every hotel/rental I've stayed at ”
