“Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!”

We only had 1 night as we passed through, so I needed something close to the water with easy access. He caught a 21" Brown in less than 1 hour of fishing.
