“I cannot overstate the value of the staff. Every single was was knowledgeable, attentive, and pleasant. I will give preference to Four Seasons facilities in the future over cheaper options just off this quality alone.”

“The staff at the front desk was not the friendliest upon check-in. I felt I was bothering them when I asked a question. Upon checkout, the service was better. Not impressed with the food. Dinner options at the restaurant are okay if you are in a pinch. Breakfast service and the food was a big disappointment. The omelet was bland, and it did not include anything else. My son ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken was chewy and dry. ”

“Our room was nice & dark, just the way we like it (room 506). We were overlooking Printer's Alley, which has a few bars & restaurants tucked in, but the hotel had thoughtfully provided a white noise machine that covered any excess noise, so we slept soundly. The staff was friendly & helpful. Lona restaurant was delicious with an attentive wait staff. The rooftop bar was warm & cozy on a cold, wet night. We were attending a concert at Nissan stadium, & we were able to walk over & back. We will……

“Great view. Easy parking. Very clean. Friendly staff. Close to several food and attraction locations.”

“Quick access to Broadway and a dollar general store is on same property if you need anything before heading back to your room. The room needs some basic maintenance like toilet seat about to fall off and shower head swapped out. Not sure what cleaning crew uses to clean the floor but our shoes and sandals were sticking to floor like crazy and very loud.”
