“The lady on reception called Wendy is just so wonderful, she spoilt our dogs! She was so kind and her service brilliant. We stayed with our dogs. It’s a £20 surcharge per night for dogs. Grounds are lovely. Lovely walk to the river from the hotel. Breakfast was great. Two pubs nearby to eat at, the red lion (great old pub food) or the waterfront Inn by the river which has gorgeous views. You need to park up the road and walk down. The bedrooms and bathroom are a bit dated , but the……

“This was our first experience staying in a self catering accommodation and it won’t be the last. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The view was amazing too. Jan came in to welcome us so gracefully on our first night and made us feel really welcome. The house was beautifully decorated and cozy, made us feel like we were home. “Very quiet House in the hills above Penzance. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is provided in the rooms with a small kitchen. Muesli, cornflakes, coffee and tees, fresh fruits and bread are available. ”

“Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! ”
