“Hotel was nice. However I booked a pool view room for a reason and even let the front desk lady know thats the type of room we request and it was never mentioned that the pool was under construction and not open. I could have missed it being listed somewhere when booking. But this information would have been good to know on check in. ”

“It was amazing. Location was good for everything we needed to be by. Was clean although there was a smell in the hallway towards the elevator, but i figured it was probably from old mop water or something. Other than that. Staff was nice and helpful ”

The only thing i was disappointed in, was when we were awakened by the maintenace guy, who decided it was a great idea to blow the parking lot with a very loud blower, at 8am. Also, a lady with housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am, to ask if we were leaving or staying till 11am check out. We were still in bed and trying to sleep before getting back on the road. “Everything was good. Bright lobby! Need bigger numbers on doors. Room door seemed a little off. Maybe kicked in before. Sheet rock dust on interior door handle. No carpet is a plus! Toilet, tub, sink was clean. Towels was not stained or dirty looking.Bed sleep able and xlean..”

“So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. ”
