“Swimming pool is not clean enough!”

“Initially we were in a room that had a problem in the bathroom/toilet. There was a bad rust streak down the wall from the taps, and water was seeping from the wall opposite the shower. This made a permanent puddle in front of the hand basin. We reported this, and were moved to a very good alternative room.”

“All was good although we were put in a rom close to the road and it was extremely noisy, the food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent ”

Property manual made it easier for us to know where to dine and what services are available in the area Loved the spa in the room and the beds were so comfortable. Thoughtly enjoyed our stay , would highly recommend a stay. Parking outside our door.”

“被安排到一間最低質、空間超細的開放式房間205.1，二樓向城景，首晚零晨全層斷電過多小時，開陽台門通風，車輛噪音加上鄰居說話滋擾，床墊質低承托力差，空調聲大成噪音，整夜失眠，早上要求換房不果，唯有退房另找其他酒店，多花近千澳元，以往多次入住，一房兩房高層向海比較好！”
