“My husband and I booked this rental from 8/8-8/11, 2025 for our first Anniversary. We went with no plans and no expectations. Just the idea to wing it and to get away for a bit. We had the best long weekend! The house was charming and clean and well stocked with anything you may need. Plates, cups, silverware, coffee, sugar, individual soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotions. A fully stocked first aid kit. Clean towels and blankets. We were so cozy that we ended up cozying up to a movie one……

“Everything was perfect for our family of three. The location is wonderful, with a shared private beach across the street, and a larger beach and boardwalk an easy half-mile walk away. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed to cook and relax on the beach. Since we flew in, we really appreciated the use of their beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Dawn was thoughtful, kind, and communicative. We hope to return in the future!”

“The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) “Had a great stay here, for a couple nights, when in town for a fowoods show. The place is very clean and well kept. The apartment building itself was a bit hard to find, but that's not the fault of the owner, a tip from me, look at the map to help you ahead of your stay. There's only 1 small sign with the overall building number, made it a bit difficult to find. The ammenties included of pool and hot tub were great and so close to the apartment. Also very clean and well kept, couldnt……

“This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. The downstairs window was cracked with and completely open. This was supposed to be an amazing get away for my Mom for her 6oth and 2 of our……
