“Pros: Great shower. Places to hang wet towels. Snacks in the evening. Helpful staff. Cons: Too many pillows no place to put them if not using them. Back parking lot is dark and could use some lighting. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was great because we like a harder mattress. Housekeeping were very attentive to our needs. 2 out of the 3 desk personnel were friendly and always acknowledge us when we left or returned. The breakfast had a good variety of options to eat. Area was clean.”

“The hotel locates about 15 minutes from Great Smoky Mountain and a lot of interesting areas around, we can easily find restaurants nearby and a shopping mall is not far away.The room is not so new but well maintained (I dont mean old, just you can feel its not so new...); overall speaking this is a pleasuant stay.”
