“Great location, room was excellent, bed was comfy, felt very safe, gym is fantastic for a hotel and there’s a fireplace!!! Only two quibbles. First, the room was very quiet. The AC is on a motion sensor, so if you don’t move periodically, it turns off. As someone who needs a fair amount of white noise to sleep, I usually run the HVAC fan all night. “The property as a whole is very clean and modern, and the staff friendly. The bathroom ceiling had minor water damage and the bathroom sink was dripping, but it was otherwise clean. The property itself, however, is very hard to get to, and you cannot make a left turn westbound on Rt. 62 to get to it—an Uber Eats order was cancelled because the driver couldn’t get there.”

“This was a reservation from HELL. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Do not book! Check in instructions on the site state you will receive 48 hours before. I called to ask for them, they said 24 hours. 24 hours passed and nothing. I called and they said 8 or 9pm the day before. Received nothing. Booked another place because I figured this was a scam.
