“This is a modern hotel with excellent comforts! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. A real 5 -star hotel! The only set-back is that i booked the room with breakfast. When I took the breakfast, they asked me to sign and charge to my room! I expressed that the breakfast is included in my room rate! Then things being complicated! “We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.”

“A friend of the owner of this hotel approached us in hotel lobby and recommended the breakfast of this hotel to us, saying owner would only charge us USD5 per person even the regular price is USD10. We paid USD5 each to have the breakfast, and later in the afternoon we found out buffet dinner was only USD13. The rooms only has basic things and is quite rundown. It is not worth HK$800+ a night double occupancy. ”
