“My family of 5, including 3 kids age 6-11, loved our stay here. We greatly appreciated the outdoor items to borrow such as boogie boards, cooler and picnic blankets. Having AC in one of the bedrooms was so nice! The location was great and wasn’t far from anything we did around Hilo. “This place was mostly as advertised. It is small, but efficient, great place to sleep and have morning coffee. The dead end street location is great, it's a nice quiet neighborhood. Check-in process was easy and went well. The area list per for almost 24 hours while we were there, certainly not the hosts fault. “This was a great property. I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments with an extra bed in the living room. It was comfortable. The yard was beautiful. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with over the phone and by text. The gardens were amazing. This property was very easily accessible to the Hilo side of the island. We were about an hour from volcanoes national park and we were about an hour in the other direction from many great venues. Would I stay here again? Yes I would.”

“Mandy is an excellent host. The upgrades and renovations made to the apartment in the last 3 years are excellent. The rental was very clean as well. I would stay again. The only drawback was the noisy neighbor next door. This individual talked loudly all hours of the day and his dog was barking it sounded like on the lanai in the middle of the night. I would suggest that the property management be told of this person's inconsideration of others.”
