“The staff and very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times. Decent breakfast, comfortable rooms. Convenient location. The last time we stayed, the room was not completely cleaned, and we were given another, upgraded room with no issues. We will definitely stay here again.”
“My daughter and I stayed here 3 nights for a trip to Carowinds! We frequent Carowinds, but have never stayed here before. We definitely will be back. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. It was a bit hot at first and I do not do well in the heat, but it cooled down after a couple hours. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Felt very safe which has not been the case in some other hotels near the area. Also, the beds were comfortable. Just a great place to stay. ”
