“Wonderful and warm staff, clean and huge rooms, walking distance to plazas and museums!”

“Una experiencia inolvidable en Casa de las Artes! El hotel es precioso, con una decoración cuidada y una atmósfera acogedora, pero lo que realmente hizo nuestra estancia especial fue el restaurante y, en particular, el excelente servicio de Tahi. Desde el primer momento fue amable, atenta y muy profesional. Nos atendió con una sonrisa, nos recomendó platos deliciosos y se aseguró de que todo estuviera perfecto durante nuestra comida. Además, fue tan generosa que nos dio varias recomendaciones……

“The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet. After reflecting to the customer service, we were reassigned to another room with a bigger shower cube, its spacious however hot water can only run for a short period, about 5-8 minutes. Other……

“Excellent location. Beds comfortable. Room well maintained with nice balcony overloooking pedestrian street. Now room is bright (not as dark per previous reviews) which I am especially happy about. ”

“地點是近火車站，但論舒適、整潔度及服務是一般的。 第一天入住，發現風筒外殼已是脫落及破損，通知房務來跟進，回覆明天會修理，但之後兩天都沒有人來修理或更換，房間清潔員只把破損的外殼放回原位。 入住的時間，遇上樓下健身室樓層裝修，裝修的聲音清早就出現，而且隔音情況是不太好，同層開關是聽得非常清楚，絕對不能好好休息。 整潔度上，地面的灰塵比較多，掛毛巾的毛巾橫架也滿佈灰塵。 整體一般，如需要之後趕火車的話，或只住一天。”

“家庭用品齊備，方便煑晚餐，還有貼心的洗衣機及乾衣機，附近有超市很方便，不過要行十二三分鐘路，才可以到火車站，拖旅行喼有些吃力，不過有服務台，是很理想的apartment ，推薦”

“We had a very enjoyable stay with Sonder Sofia, the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, especially during the national power cut, we were well taken care of. It's very close to metro Embajadores which is a quick tube ride to the Caja Magica if you are going to see the tennis or going to tourist attractions. ”
