“Hotel update and service great. However, if you book through a 3rd party site you will have problems. You cannot digitally check in or get Hilton points. You cannot change credit cards for incidentals, as this will be charged to your credit card a second time for the room. I am awaiting to see if my debit card will be credited in 10 business days. Hilton is a big deterrent at using third party booking sights.”

“Rebel was very helpful to have our room at its best. Brought us a microwave upon request. It's not perfect but really good for the price. ”

“The best place you can stay in Hot Spring, no doubt! The breakfast was delicious and prepared according to my diet restrictions. My room was spacious and everything in the room had a quality standard. The view and the nature around is pretty. Only 2 minutes drive from Hot Spring downtown. ”
