“I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff there are very friendly and helpful, especially Emily, who assisted with our late check-out due to our midnight flight. The room is very spacious and clean. I will definitely come back again.”

“The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Onsite parking was very convenient though pricey ($49 for a night). I loved that I was able to walk to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier and the shops. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was that it was noisy - our neighbors were very loud at 2:00a and woke us up. Then someone started to smoke weed and the smell wafted into our room - it gave me a headache. Finally fell asleep at 4:00a. ”

“Our receptionists on arrival and departure were exceptional. Amazingly friendly and helpful The rooms are quite outdated, which the pictured really don’t show and is therefore a bit of a mislead. Chipped furniture an old aircon that’s all flaked etc Also a massive shoutout to our waiter in the restaurant. We had lunch and he was THE BEST! Thank you so much ”
