“Very cool historic building boutique hotel, nicely renovated with comfortable rooms and a gorgeous throw-back lobby with a bar, coffee bar and comfortable seating. Hosts one of Kansas City’s excellent fine dining restaurants, The Town Company. Parking is not optimal with the best option being valet service, and downtown KC street and plaza construction poses navigation challenges. Still a great downtown hotel option and an easy walk to convention facilities or conferences at e.g., the Marriott. ”

“Outstanding! A modern, clean property with excellent facilities and a truly outstanding restaurant and bar. It's a little out of the way at the moment (though this will change as the riverfront development fills in) but it's absolutely worth searching out.”

“Great hotel. Read the instructions about parking. Getting out of the lot is challenging so take your time. We felt really safe and the hotel provided a listing of restaurants. The staff was sooooooooo nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast/lounge area was beautiful. I didn’t like my view but oh well!! ”

“The hotel needs updated. When you get off the elevator, you can smell mildew. The bathrooms definitely need updating. For the price you pay could be nicer. But the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. We’d stay there again. ”

“Great location especially if staying for a concert at the T-Mobile arena, didn’t like our room location. First floor by the elevator in which you hear everytime it’s being used. Our room didn’t have a window which was very unusual. Felt confined. Shower door didn’t stay closed while using. ”
