“I stayed 4 nights at this beautiful gem just outside of Ubud City Center. The accommodations are lovely and it is very quiet as the villa is backed by rice fields. The staff is exceptional! Breakfast included was cooked to order and served at your room. There are several very good eateries within walking distance. It's about 45 minutes to walk into the city center if you want to visit the palace and art market. The villa staff arranged a very nice tour for me to several UNESCO sites. I……

“Uma Galih Ubud Villa is wonderful. The property itself seems so private, with a personal entrance gate, walled-in villa (with amazing high ceilings that become musical during evening showers rain on the roof), and a lovely swimming pool. Owner/Manager Mr WIsnu and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reasonably priced breakfasts (ordered a day in advance), both western or Balinese, were delicious. I especially appreciated the availability of ride services throughout the island……

“第一天使用戶外澡缸，本來預計給小朋友在裡面泡澡，殊不知他們熱水是電熱水器，無法一次提供大量熱水，後來重新加熱需等一段時間，他們有為此跟我道歉。第二天晚上剛好我們房間外的水管爆開，水經由廁所流入房間，地板都受潮，後來是我自己發現反映給飯店，他們先用膠帶捆綁後，第三天早上才把水的源頭開關關閉，積極搶修，但也造成第三天整個早上全部房間無水可用。我陳述的是真實的狀況，可能我們比較倒霉吧，都遇到了，離開時他們也沒多做解釋，當作沒事情樣。或許巴厘島的生活較緩慢，他們覺得這樣的情況還可接受，但總覺得管理階層應該積極介入處理。但周遭環境有漂亮的小徑跟很不觀光化的梯田，也有很多歐美人士待的homestay，人不多，外在環境還滿棒的，但相對而言，也比較不方便，較難到達，但附近有一cafe餐點還不錯。”

“The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The Villa provided us with everything we needed. The host stayed back for us to do late check-in and orientated us through the Villa. The breakfast was included during the stay which is very convenient and it offers both local and western style. Special thank you to Gungde who is so kind and thorough with the service and I cannot recommend this place enough.”

“The place is as pretty as the pictures. There’s wifi, proper air conditioning, working kitchen, and I do wake up with that beautiful sceneries. Staffs are very friendly. One thing though, there were only 2 restaurants around and close quite early. So manage your time well.”

“服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。”
