“Perfect place to stay on our trip to Nevada City! The space is exactly as described. The birds outside were the cutest neighbors! There are apples and wild blackberries on the property, too. In the morning, you may hear people walking around upstairs. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. It was a short walk to town. Be sure to check out the Saturday Farmer's Market if you can! Would definitely consider staying here again. ”

“My teenager and I were in the Auburn area to do some hiking - we arrived after sunset and the host was very hospitable to show us to our lodging and around the property, which included a clean full bathroom and some sports equipment to enjoy with my son. Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a glamping experience in a beautiful setting! ”

“It was quiet and peaceful - exactly what we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast. It was nice with full sized appliances. The apartment and bed were comfortable. The view was beautiful and the binoculars were a nice touch. We loved hanging out on the deck. The only negative was the short, deeply pot holed, dirt/gravel road that connected the paved road with the paved driveway. Nice place for a peaceful get away.”

“Perfect location for me because it was quiet and private. This is a unique and beautiful neighborhood bordering BLM forest. This small home has a very comfortable floorplan, beds, seating and great amenities. Loved the kitchen appliances. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. ”

Living room has many seating options to accommodate many. Property is conveniently located near the Foresthill Lodge and other local businesses. “My fiancé and I came out here with our dog for a small getaway for her birthday. The property is gorgeous and well kept. There is another property attached to the rental, however we had the whole property to ourselves when we went. The studio provided just about everything we needed for our stay and we actually really enjoyed the outdoor shower! We got to try all the delicious fruits on the property and enjoyed the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. We loved being tucked into the……
