“We did have trouble with the AC in our room. While it was technically working the room would not cool down never falling below 71 degrees. In the living room area we were sitting and literally sweating. ”

“Perfect spot in San Marcos ”

“The cottage was perfect for our family of 3. We spent hours in the river fishing, floating and playing with the rocks during the day. We grilled and watched the wildlife from the hot tub and patio in the evenings. The long drive is great for peaceful walks morning and evenings too. Everything is updated and looks very nice. I was thankful for a full washer and dryer so we came home with clean clothes ready to unpack. Town isn't far away if you need anything. Thanks again Roby for sharing your……

“Amazing amazing amazing. So convenient, location to pay for the shuttle to bring you back after floating is directly across from the condo then you can get on at the beginning of the Comal river from the condo. After floating, we realize that this is a treat as we were not stepping out of a place to stay to start the float half way through. Big plus! The condo had everything we needed and more. Plenty of parking and the pool was nice, again also has the private entrance to the river. The……
