“I have stayed here many times over the last six or seven years as my kids live in the area. I originally chose this location because they allow dogs for $25 a night. I have never had a bad experience, they offer a hot breakfast and there's great dining options close by. There's also plenty of area to walk my dogs. The staff has always been friendly and I can tell you many of them have been there for years as I recognize them when I return. I feel this facility is a great value for the money.”

“Stayed for a quick staycation in Phoenix, the Kimpton fit the bill. The lobby was busy but nice and the staff were VERY helpful and friendly. There was an incident with the pool staff waitress but we ignored it and chalked it up to her being young and inexperienced. The rooftop pool was nice but we didn't like that non-residents could reserve pool chairs ALL DAY regardless if they showed or not disallowing hotel residents the opportunity to enjoy the poolside. “Our room was nice, nothing really fancy. Could use alittle updating in the bathroom but all and all was a nice place. Close to old town which was great for walking there and the pool party over the weekend was awesome. Some of the staff like Tony and Jordan were the best. Our room didn't have a microwave in it but Tony hooked us up by reheating some leftovers for us.”

“Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for airport pick up service. I don’t know what happened that I had to wait for one hour at the instructed waiting area ! However it arrived within just a few minutes after I called again. ”

“While I really appreciated the hot breakfast, the preformed patties of sausage and eggs were less than appetizing. Also, I would appreciate breakfast at 6AM, as we left before 7. This is not worth docking a whole star -- I would rate 4 1/2 stars if I could. Otherwise, we were very happy. I would stay there again. We especially appreciated the pet policy and reasonable surcharge.”
