“The room on the first floor is too small, smelly not nice,clean, all day hot coffee, hot water and ice supply, parking and convenient transportation.”

“Pretty quiet needs minor repairs but nothing major. I understand its hard to find good help. A maintenance man is needed but all in all its a nice place.”
