“Well- this was my 3rd time staying here in the last several years- All was good- except there were workers right outside my room making a lot of noise from 9am- 1130am. Apparently they were breaking up the tile in the room that used to have an ice machine The banging was super loud and the 2 men were talking very loudly as well. Could barely hear myself think- let alone sleep in I was going to complain at the front desk on my way out- but it was raining and I just wanted to get home ”

“This is my 5th time staying at this YOTEL. I book it for location, as I take Amtrak from NYC and walk over from Union Station. I only wish they had coffee makers in the room. They have some type of coffee service in the hall on each floor, but it's a horrible INSTANT coffee machine. NOT brewed. It's also only available from 8-11 am. I went to Walmart and purchased a $10 coffee maker for my room. They also do not have hand towels, which I found very annoying. Towels and facecloths only. The……
