“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!”

“Love, love, love the home. Lots of natural light, love all the plants, and what can you say about the yard.....AWESOME! Such a great layout with lots of things to keep you occupied. Will definitely consider staying there again if I need a place when I go back to Phoenix. Thanks for a great stay!”

“We found the unit to be as advertised, clean, roomy, and convenient. It was nice to have a garage for the rental vehicle and all the amenties that you take for granted were available in the unit. For example, Keurig coffee system, coffee drip unit, 3 TV's, 2 patios with furniture, and so on. The neighbors were very friendly and approachable. ”

“Only stayed one night with friends but overall had a great experience. Really good communication with owner and he even let us check in an hour early which was very kind. Very clean place and fully stocked with dishes and silverware. AC was a big plus in the hot AZ weather. ”
