“It’s good place”

“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The friendly staff at the counter made us feel at home. This is a very natural hotel. We just don't need a TV. Although there is no air-conditioning, it is very comfortable and there is always a natural wind blowing in. really great The reception staff are beautiful and kind. Thanks to the reception staff for allowing us to live in a room facing the sea. It was a great experience. I will still want to live here next time I come to HILO. I……

“First of all, they had the AC on BEFORE we got there, it felt so good when we opened the door! Second, we really liked the option that we could cook some meals inside the unit with everything they provided. Get fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender (!), portable double burner, pots & frying pans, cooking & eating utensils, bowls, plate, mugs, glasses.... We had to message to ask a question, and got a call back right away and problem was solved, we really appreciate that. We enjoyed our……
