“Room was large and spacious, full kitchenette. Missing hand soap and extra linens for pull out bed upon arrival; however, staff were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend ”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Rooms were nice and clean, front desk people were nice and friendly. But wish the bathroom was little bigger, it’s so hard to get out of the bathtub after shower bcz the toilets are so crunched in small space. Towels are not cotton, so not easy to absorb water from your body and leaves some fabric in your body after wiping. ”

“For the price, it was good enough. Right at a busy freeway interchange on a six lane road, so the noise is pretty intense. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. Other guests were fine. The rooms, like most hotels these days, could use some extra maintenance—things like wobbly toilets and loose tub fillers. If you are from out of the area, expect the damp, mildew smell that western Washington rooms get. Thankfully the windows open for air flow. ”
