“We fell in love with Gerard's adorable place - beautifully appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom is quite large and the second bedroom is "cozy" but certainly sufficient. “a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A”

“Honestly i do not know where to start, everything was perfect. My friend and i needed a place to stay while celebrating a baby shower and this rental was not only the perfect location but it was a great price as well. The place was very clean, very roomy, had all the amenities we needed, and the host were very kind and attentive. This place checked all our boxes and we would absolutely stay here again next time we visit the Island. I highly recommend this rental to others!”

“I was in New York for a training and was able to meet up with my son who's a student in Queens. We spent the weekend exploring Montauk and several parks, and even saw some seals sunning themselves on the rocks! The apartment had everything we needed including two separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a simple, but functional kitchen. The host was very communicative and even offered several options for grocery shopping and enjoying LI. Wonderful experience!”

“I stayed here with my husband and baby boy while visiting family in the area. The kitchen was great for prepping & cleaning bottles & looked like it had everything you’d need to cook. Water bottles & coffee were a nice touch. Living room TV was awesome, nice to catch up on White Lotus while baby boy slept in his separate room. Would definitely stay here again. ”
