“位置非常好，酒店房间大小合适，设施也比较新，停车有代客泊车，也很方便，虽然停车费很贵，但是周边也都是这样价格，酒店的床和枕头非常舒服，比大部分五星级酒店的都舒服，我对床上用品非常挑剔，我都认为很难找到这样舒服的床”

“Knob hill is the place to get the true San Francisco experience. Easy walk down hill to everywhere and come back up in cable car. Hotel is excellent and neighborhood is quiet. ”

“I like they cleanness, but I disappointed the breakfast is changed No fired eggs and hams , less choice, provide breads most. ”

“Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.”

“There is no hairdryer. WiFi is not stable. The floor is not clear. There is no clean service. The pictures looks better than the real condition. It's not quiet. The refrigerator and the microwave are good. There is no glass cup. The location is good. The price is good in this area. The space is good.”
