“Lovely country hotel with beautiful gardens and pool. We had a very comfortable 'Superior double' room on the ground floor with access to a patio area. We were in a party of 10 celebrating a friendship of 50 years duration and used the private dining area. The breakfast and dining was very reasonably priced and good and the junior staff were exceptional, however the senior staff we encountered were less welcoming. The bar closed very early (10 pm the first night and 10:30 on Saturday night) and……

“This is a 2 star hotel that looks a bit tired. Its within a very short walk of Arundel Railway station. The car park (free) is enormous and the setting is next to a very busy road, we had the "Large" room at the front and found the constant traffic intrusive. The bathroom had a small shower which was difficult to use, the manager had to come and apply force to get the shower running. Breakfast was good with a good selection.”

“Superb experience from start to finish. Lizzie was in touch before the stay to check all was ok, then met me in the next village and gave me a lift to the B&B after a long walking day. The place is fabulous. Cute, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. With an extensive breakfast offering as well, 5 stars is a must! Thanks for making my stay so perfect 😁”
