“首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提”

“had a really great stay. booked it originally for a couples night away but ended bringing the children due to childcare letting us down so called on the morning of arrival and explained the situation and the lovely girl called jess on reception that morning said it’s not a problem at all and upgraded us to the last triple room they had left with a single bed and sofa bed in it and only charged us an extra £10 for two of our 3 children’s breakfast (which was also great quality and variety) so it……

“This was a fantastic and enjoyable stay right in the heart of arundel and only a few paces from the castle. The staff were very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast was simply amazing with fresh fruit cereals and a full English was of excellent taste and quality and even included black pudding! Fresh milk on a thermos flask for the bedroom read was a really nice touch and so much better to make a cup of tea than those little tins of long life in most rooms. Now I want……

“A dog loving hotel. We booked a sea view room which was fantastic, we stayed an extra night. The double bed was unfortunately two singles pushed together and the used dirty towels not refreshed the second day, just picked up and rehung. All the other facilities were great, dinner and take out are serviced from the hotel next door. I would recommend a visit to the retro gaming room in the other hotel next to the pool. The outdoor pools are not available until May. The path to the beach no longer……
