“the hotel was deserted, no staff, the bar was shut, no entertainment, no breakfast,no evening meal if I wanted to book one,so all in all new year ruined. the phoned me and said the wanted to check my bank details because they were giving me a small refund but then took the full amount and no refund. if this is how they run an hotel and treat there guests then beware and avoid ”

“首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提”

“The hotel was lovely and so were the staff it was clean and comfortable, the only thing that ruined it for us was the toilet flush wasn’t working so we had to go down to reception everyone we need the toilet even during the night, and the constant flow of water coming from the toilet kept us awake . ”

“Great stay, very comfy but just to say the Snug Room is very snug, we are used to a king size bed, so a double up against the wall was a bit too cosy for us. Restaurant lovely and we would definitely stay again but probably pay for the next room size up.”
