“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the toilet was not properly cleaned, which is a fundamental hygiene issue for any accommodation. Furthermore, the bathroom design was highly impractical. I cannot comprehend why a bathtub was placed in a corner outside the bathroom. This not only felt awkward but also significantly reduced the usable space in the bathroom. Additionally, the sink was too small, leaving inadequate room for our toiletries. The……

“Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. ”
