“Everything was just...."almost". Almost close to being great but falling short. The front desk was probably the best part of the experience but that was part of the problem in the fact that what the resort promises is not what the resort delivers. It was supposed to be a dream weekend for the two of us but I was left a bit disappointed in how the concierge took care of us. If I had a special occasion and needed the important details to be taken care of, I WOULD NOT select the Grove Park and Inn……

The pups always enjoyed the treats at the check-in area. The staff were also very friendly and promptly answered any questions we had. Thank you :)”
