“It was a good stay overall. The front desk employees could not have been more helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, 3 people, and the maid service did not vacuum our room once. They also did not leave extra toilet paper. There is no fan in the bathroom but the shower head was amazing. We had a small refrig.mmerator, which was good, but there's no microwave in the rooms. The food overall was really good and the waitstaff was friendly. We would definitely stay again.”

“Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Our only concern was the TV in the room did not work. It's nice to catch up on news, sports, and watch a movie, however, we were not able to do that on this trip. The front desk clerk didn't seem too concern when told about it. His comment was, it'll be working the next time you come to town. ”

“It was a good stay. Room was nice and we were comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast they offered. Would be nice if they added a second waffle maker. There was a line for it so I skipped the waffle. Sucks that the pool was closed. Look forward to the next time we visit Payson, would be happy to stay there again.”
