“Overall we had a good experience staying in the Marmot cabin. Yes, it is small, and my wife and I had to sometimes dance around each other but it was fully expected from the description. It is a very cute cabin, perfect for solo trips or couples. It is a very short walk to the river and we could here the river from our cabin. Estes Park is just a short 3 minute drive and either of the RMNP entrances are 15 minutes away. I would say the only negative thing (although some people may love……

“Absolutely beautiful and very unique! Tucked into the woods with a river! It’s like a little piece of heaven because you’re tucked in just enough, but have complete access to the town! The big window in the living room was freaking amazing. You’re able to see everything and the river! Everything was well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. If you want to experience Colorado, this is where it’s at! Love this place and would stay there again! highly recommend it! ”

“I arrived on the opening day of the season to find my cabin was ready for at 3pm just as promised . “This cabin beautiful and in a great area! The only issues we had was finding the cabin as apple maps took us somewhere else and the upstairs neighbors were quiet noisy into the night. The host was great as she offered some suggestions of things to do and she had great communication. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again! :) Thanks Jill”

“Overall, happy with this condo for the stay! It was at a great location close to downtown Estes Park. Pet And family friendly. It was a little hot due to no AC, but the property manager had plenty of fans, as well as noted to mitigate the heat. Would recommend staying here, and would stay here again!”

“We had a marvelous stay in Grand Lake! It's only minutes away from RMNP which we visited just about everyday! The cabin is well kept and has every supply you will ever need! “Husband and I stayed a weekend here for a quick anniversary getaway and loved it! Had everything we needed and was very clean. Liked all the antique touches and how peaceful it was, yet close enough to town that we were able to walk everywhere. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching all the hummingbirds. “Our family ranging in age from 3 to 80 spent a week here during the Christmas holidays. We loved the cabin vibe, large living spaces, and modern conveniences. The bathrooms are beautifully updated as are the kitchen appliances. The host provided some holiday decorations for us and we enjoyed hours of games and movies in the common spaces. We had a great stay! ”
