“Great location in Estes Park. Close to all of the shops and walkable. Parking was easy. It was very clean and stocked when we arrived. Can confirm you need sleep masks though with the sky light unless you are an early morning riser. And it would be nice if there were black outs for the pull out sofa sleepers. The pull out sofa was comfortable for the kids which some aren’t so it was appreciated. The building itself is nice and quiet and we had no trouble with noise even though being on the main……

“We enjoyed the sound of the running water nearby and we all found the beds relatively comfortable. The shower pressure was great and the accompaniments met our needs. Only improvement I could ask is to add a salt shaker and sponge and new bulbs under the cabinet lights. Other than that it was pretty perfect!”

“Great property for a family. Very roomy! Suggest taking extra towels and washcloths, extra toilet paper (theirs is not great) and extra basic kitchen necessities. ”

“Excellent place to stay during the summer! Only about 45 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park Grand Lake entrance and a little over an hour from Denver. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need.The surroundings are beautiful in the summer. Lotsnof activities for hikers, bikers and sightseers. Great value!”

“Great location!! Right in the middle of historic Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Property was very neat, well maintained and upgraded nicely. The only thing I would add would be window shades for the two higher windows as the street light shown in. Overall excellent property with great access.”

“This is the rare VRBO I would truly love to return to. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5: comfortable beds, two bathrooms, great kitchen, porch/balcony, and loved having laundry. Walkable to a couple restaurants and very easy access to RMNP, where we were spending our time. We saw elk and a black bear near the condo. The property manager was very responsive when we needed anything. We loved our stay and will recommend widely!”
